Cadre agréable, chambre à la hauteur

Séjour de 4 nuits en chambre double privilège. La chambre est bien, avec son petit balcon. Nous avons eu un temps déplorable donc malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de pouvoir vraiment en profiter, cependant je regrette que la table et les chaises soient dans un état très moyen, cela n'est pas à la hauteur de l'intérieur de la chambre. Bonne insonorisation, et confort dans les standards du Mercure. Nous avons dîné un soir à la Brasserie Flõ de l'hôtel, nous avons trouvé la carte assez courte mais d'autant plus restreinte qu'il n'y avait pas de disponible plusieurs plats, et que nous avons été mis au courant au moment de la prise de commande et non qu'à d on nous a remis la carte, ce qui est bien dommage, il en fut de même au dessert ... Les mets étaient bons cependant. Nous en avons profité pour demander la boisson de bienvenue qui nous était offerte, d'habitude les hôtel la propose à chaque personne de la chambre, donc deux boissons mais dans celui-ci point de générosité, c'est une et point final, nous avons donc payé l'autre. Déception au petit déjeuner, où 3 fois sur les 4 le buffet était vide, même quand on demandait à avoir de choses, on nous disait que cela arrivait mais jamais ce n'était le cas. On comprend qu'on ne veuille pas gaspiller mais là franchement au prix du petit déjeuner c'était pas terrible, les brioches aux pralines étaient encore froides car sortie certainement trop tard du congélateur mais coupé en tranche pour essayer d'accélérer la décongélation , plus de petites viennoiseries mais même plus de pain. Et cela en arrivant tout de même plus d'une heure avant l'horaire de fin du petit déjeuner... Alors que clairement l'hôtel était bien rempli et du monde arrivait encore bien après nous. Nous avons fait la remarque au moment du check-out, un geste commercial a été fait mais c'est bien dommage... Et malheureusement le système informatique était en panne au moment de notre départ, donc nous n'avons pas pu régler avec les bons Dining &Spa parce que cela peut ne se faire qu'en physique nous a t-on répondu quand ils nous ont rappelé dans l'après midi. Avis positif pour les chambres, nous n'avons pas été au Spa, avons tenté la salle de sport parce qu'il pleuvait et le tapis était en panne dommage encore une fois, et avis mitigé sur le service brasserie et le petit déjeuner.

I had a one night stay and had a very spacious room with a balcony, which was comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant was excellent, extremely good value for the high quality of the food. Buffet breakfast also was very good. Staff were friendly. Spacious grounds in a good location and it all added up to an enjoyable visit. The guest wifi needs improving.

Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

Stayed here one night. Privilege rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bed very luxurious. Breakfast was OK, without being special. Restaurant is overpriced for what it is for dinner and the service was mixed, waitress very friendly and helpful, but the impression was of understaffing.

Nestled amongst the rolling green hills of Domaine de Marlioz, the environment couldn't be more tranquil. The interior design is cosy and modern. The location is both its blessing and its curse though - my husband had a race in the nearby area during our stay and took the car, which meant I had to walk 20 minutes to town. It was all a bit far from any action. We loved our second floor Privilege room that looks out to the nature. The room itself looks newly renovated, is spacious and very clean. I think it was the first time that we had a double shower in a hotel room - what a luxury! The bed is so soft and dreamy. Fast and reliable wifi. The spa (which consists of an indoor pool, jacuzzi and a heated outdoor pool, hammam was closed due to covid) is a nice addition though I wouldn't stay here specifically for it. Most guests are couples chilling in the spa areas so it's pretty quiet. No sight of kids anywhere. I had a body treatment which was nice but not exceptionally so. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of hot and cold items. The hotel and staff have made huge efforts to implement all the right sanitary measures so we felt quite safe. We had a lovely stay but next time I'd probably opt for a hotel in town.
